After months of no dairy and no sugar I finally got rid of the bloatedness and tiredness :) I feel full of energy and ready to hit the beach!!!! I have also been having green smoothies for breakfast every morning and that has diminished my junk food cravings! Amazing!! I have so much energy that I started taking belly dancing lessons.
